Wellness Bundles Store Policies:


Can I cancel my bundle?

You will have 72 hours to consider cancellation of any wellness bundle. However, if we’ve seen you for an appointment, or you’ve picked up any products and/or we’ve started the processing of your cold-pressed juice order, cancellation will not be an option. However, you can be refunded for items/services not yet received. 

Since cancellations take up much of our time and resources, please when purchasing, be sure to be certain and committed to your chosen wellness bundle. If you have any questions to determine if a certain wellness bundle is right for you, please contact us at: evolveyourself@lotusevolutions.com.

Service & In-Store Policies:

Appointments:

We require a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of your service price. 

Please be mindful of the length of time you’ve been on our schedule. If it’s been 4 weeks or more, we’d appreciate to be given more notice time such as 72-hours. Although we are not going to charge you if you don’t give us more notice time, we ask that you appreciate the fact that we are most likely not going to fill in the time lost if given a minimum 24-hour time frame. 

Frequent Rescheduling:

Frequent rescheduling is disruptive to our schedules. Please be aware that if you’re up to rescheduling a third time, for one scheduled appointment, we will opt to cancel your appointment altogether. Please note that for rescheduling, we also require a 24-hour notice or you may be subject to late cancellation fees. 

No-Show Appointments:

No-show appointments are not tolerated. We charge 100% of the service price for no-shows which must be paid prior to scheduling with us again. 

In-Store Returns:

All sales are final unless there is something wrong with your product and it is defective in some way. If your product is defective in any way, we will refund your money in full. 

We ask that if you’re unsure about whether a product will work for your skin type or skin concerns to please consult with your aesthetician. Request a sample first before committing to the purchase. 

Price Adjustments: 

We do not adjust pricing or issue refunds on the difference of orders placed before a sale. 

For Parties of 2 or More:

For parties of 2 or more, there will be a 20% gratuity added to your ticket.
